Our first Scottish site was constructed using an innovative approach, with modules remotely pre-commissioned before delivery, enabling accelerated works on-site. This 30MW facility also uses a new distributed control architecture.
Noriker's first 132kV-connected site is a 50MW facility located near the Suffolk coast, and is designed for revenue-stacked operation across a number of different services, including Dynamic Containment.
Our second 50MW-class site in South Yorkshire was completed just in time to launch Dynamic Containment. This site was rigorously commissioned in the quickest time window from energisation to commercial operations to date.
A 49MW next-generation battery facility located in Lancashire. This was Noriker's largest site at the time, and represented a new level of capability, participating in new markets and opening new frontiers in energy storage.
A 5MW longer duration facility located in the heart of the West Midlands, designed for Asset Optimisation as well as offering all types of balancing services to the National Grid.
A 20MW facility located near Melksham, with both batteries and engines. This project also provides services to the National Grid through FFR and CM contracts.
A 30MW facility comprised of three sites located in Bristol, Dartford and Mansfield. These sites were designed to co-operate autonomously (including remote recharge capability) as a single unit for FFR and CM contracts.
A 20MW facility located near Newcastle-under-Lyme, comprising a series of containerised batteries alongside engines. The project provides services to the GB grid through Firm Frequency Response (FFR) and Capacity Market (CM) contracts.
