Noriker's Approach

Noriker's vertically integrated approach starts with greenfield origination, securing grid connections, negotiating land lease or purchase options, and obtaining planning permission.

After planning approval, the team structures the project by sourcing finance, designing high-level engineering plans, and procuring construction and equipment contracts to reach the final investment decision (FID).

During construction, Noriker acts as an EPC manager and delivers engineering integration through SCADA/EMS systems. Once operational, Noriker provides ongoing support services.

Origination

Evaluating potential sites with a comprehensive analysis of resource availability, grid infrastructure, environmental constraints, and commercial viability.

Planning and layout design

Navigating complex regulatory environments to secure necessary permits and consents, ensuring all developments meet statutory and environmental requirements, and are designed for procurement and construction.

Grid connection management

Managing the application and negotiation processes with grid operators, as well as the technical interface through to energisation, at both Distribution and Transmission levels.

Front End Engineering Design

Top-level engineering and integration design to ensure compliance with permitting, and creating Employer's Requirements.

Commercial structuring

Contract structuring including procurement management and contract negotiation.

Stakeholder engagement

Facilitating clear communication and collaboration with local authorities, communities, and industry partners to ensure smooth project delivery and social licence to operate.
